We're supporting Crisis this Christmas through Text Santa

Crisis is one of the charities we’re supporting through ITV’s Text Santa this year – the charity provides help and support to single homeless people not just at Christmas but all year round.

Our colleagues at George are also lending their support by donating 50 suits to give to homeless people trying to get back into work and training.

The charity offers life-changing services through education, employment, housing and wellbeing programmes to set them up for a better year ahead.

Guests receive healthcare, specialist advice on housing, work and benefits and encouragement to take up the opportunities to improve their lives with the training and support offered by Crisis through its Skylight centres in the New Year.

They can also attend Crisis Employment workshops designed to help them get back into the workplace. For more information see the Crisis website or find out more about Text Santa and see how Asda is getting involved.

Text Santa hats and t-shirts are now available from Asda with all proceeds going to help UK charities through ITV’s Text Santa appeal. Look out for the launch show on ITV on Sunday (11th December) with Phillip Schofield and Christine Bleakley.
