At Asda we care about animal welfare, and we know you do too. We’re making improvements across our supply chain to make sure that livestock is treated properly at every step of the process. We’re also working closely with farmers to develop better ways of rearing animals. We’re proud that our work on animal welfare has been highly commended by the RSPCA.
Good business. We were highly commended for our Farmlink work at the RSPCA Good Business Awards , helping farmers look after their stock.
Fab farms. Our DairyLink Herd Health Matters project makes us work closely with our dairy farmers, monitoring and recording conditions on the farm, and advising on how to improve the welfare of their livestock.
Good condition. We label our products clearly so that you know exactly where they come from and the conditions the animals are raised in.
Free range. Our respectful eggs are good for the hens and the environment. The farm is free range and is even powered by wind turbines!
