Collect in store - it's quick, convenient and free!
With our collect in-store service you can order all your items in one go – from kids’ clothes to electricals and home furnishings – and just pick them up when you do your next food shop.
Simply choose your items online as normal and then select the in-store delivery option when you check out. It takes the same amount of time as a home delivery and we’ll let you know when it’s arrived. And if your items don’t fit or they’re not what you were expecting you can get a full refund straight away.

Can I have my order delivered to any store?
We deliver to most stores and you’ll be able to choose your nearest store from a list when you check out. If we don’t deliver to your local area we’ll make this clear during the checkout process.
Where do I collect my order from?
If your local store doesn’t have a George department then you can collect your order from the Entertainment desk. If you’re shopping in one of our new Supermarkets you’ll need to head to the customer services desk.
When do I pay for my order?
You’ll need to pay when you place your order online – but you can take a look at your items in store and get a refund straight away if you’re not happy.
What will I need to take with me when I collect my order?
You’ ll need to bring your order confirmation and the card you paid with when you made your order. If you’re collecting your order from a 24-hour store you’ll need to visit between 7am and 10pm.
How long do I have to collect my order?
You can collect your order within 14 days of it arriving in-store. If you’re not able to collect your order within this time, please call us on 0800 952 3003 to let us know.
