We're cutting the price of unleaded petrol by up to 2p per litre

Petrol Prices

We’re cutting the price of unleaded by up to 2p a litre – from tomorrow morning (Tuesday 16th April) you’ll pay no more than 133.7 pence per litre of unleaded at any of our 217 forecourts nationwide.

We’re still the only supermarket to have a national price cap when we cut the price of fuel, so you know the maximum you’ll pay at the pump regardless of where you live.

The price of diesel remains the same – no more than 137.7p per litre – after last week’s cut of up to 2p per litre cut. That’s 4p per litre cheaper than the national average diesel price.

Petrol trading director Andy Peake said: “From tomorrow, everybody filling up at an Asda fuel station will pay no more than 133.7p per litre for unleaded, unlike some of our competitors whose prices vary across their forecourts by up to six pence per litre more.”
