Terms and conditions for The Dark Knight Rises competition

Here are the terms and conditions for The Dark Knight Rises competition.

Summary

We have 270 pairs of tickets to giveaway to the opening night of The Dark Knight Rises on Wednesday July 18 at 27 local cinemas across the UK. There are 10 pairs of tickets available for each participating cinema.

To enter, answer the question and complete the form on the Your Asda website.

Terms and conditions

1. The promoter of the competition is Asda Stores Limited (“Asda”, “we”, “us”) and the judging is organised by IMP Media Limited on behalf of Asda.

2. The competition is open to UK residents over the age of 18 excluding employees of Asda, their immediate family or any other company linked to the competition in any way.

3. To enter the competition you should complete the form on this page.

4. The prizes must be dispatched to a UK postal address.

5. All correct entries will be entered into separate prize draws for the locations specified by the entrants. The 10 winners for each of the 27 locations will be chosen at random from qualifying entries for that location shortly after the closing date and time.

6. The competition closes at noon on Friday 13th July 2012.

7. The name of the winners may appear on the Your Asda website or you can write to Asda ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ Competition, IMP Media Ltd, Priory Park, The Great North Road, Aberford, Leeds, LS25 3DF, including a self-addressed stamped envelope, for details of the winner.

8. The selection of winners will be carried out by IMP Media Limited on behalf of Asda and the result is final. No discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome.

9. The winners will be notified by email or phone shortly after the closing date/time. The prize will be fulfilled by a 3rd party agency. In order to redeem the Prize, the winner will need to “RSVP” to an email notification in order to obtain a unique printable ticket which must be shown, along with photo identification, at the Regional Premiers.

10. The prize for 270 winners will be one pair of tickets to the opening night performance of ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ on Wednesday July 18 at one of the 27 stated locations. There are 10 pairs of tickets available for each location. The 27 participating cinemas are in:

11. The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Asda reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time.
