Plan your household spending and compare it with other families

We know from the monthly results of the Asda Income Tracker – and the findings of the new Asda Mumdex – that families across the UK are having to budget like never before to cope with a steady decline in their spending power.

That’s why we’ve teamed up with the Centre for Economics and Business Research (Cebr) to create an online budget planner that lets you analyse the health of your household finances – how much money is coming in and going out, and how much is left over each week.

The planner – which uses the same clever Cebr modelling as the Asda Income Tracker – also lets you see how your spending compares to other households your size, others on a similar income, and other families in your area, based on Cebr’s analysis of Office for National Statistics figures.
