If you’re wondering how to keep the kids busy, happy and active during school holidays we can help with a huge range of free sports activities available across the UK through our Sporting Chance programme.

Sporting Chance gives kids the chance to try a new sport for free – and to make new friends at the same time. So, if they’re inspired by the countdown to the London 2012 Olympics it’s a great time to check out what’s on near you.

There are all sorts of sports and activities on offer – from football, cricket and athletics to swimming, dance and martial arts.

Our Sporting Chance scheme works in partnership with local sports providers to make sports and recreational activities readily available for children over the holidays. It’s our aim to ensure there is opportunities for children in communities local to every Asda store.
