All our Butcher’s Selection Sticky Ribs are expertly hand-trimmed by master butchers, then marinated in a rich tomato sauce with a special blend of herbs and spices before being slow-cooked for tenderness.

The end result is a mouth-watering, a succulent and tender pork rib rack, bursting with an authentic sweet smoky BBQ flavour.

We’ve done all the hard work so all you have to do is heat them up and serve. Cook them in the oven and finish them off on the barbecue.
