Check out our new G21 Talent range at George!

We’ve just launched a brand new fashion label at George featuring a series of limited edition, catwalk-inspired collections designed by the brightest new stars of the fashion industry.

Our hot new design talents, discovered at last year’s Graduate Fashion Week, have been making waves in the fashion industry already. Claire Acton has even caught the eye of a very famous fashionista… Lady Gaga!

George has sponsored Graduate Fashion Week since 2011 and its new label G21 Talent is launching this season with exclusive collections from two hotly-tipped future style stars. Chloe Jones and Claire Acton are the first graduates to see their ranges launch – both available now in store and online at

Claire Acton

Claire Acton’s Graduate Fashion Week designs were so striking they caught the eye of one very famous fashionista – none other than Lady Gaga!

The Born This Way singer contacted Claire to request some of her clothes for her tour in South America. One of Claire’s dresses went on tour with her for six weeks and the pop superstar’s stylist urged her to keep in touch so she could see more of her work in future. One of Claire’s George eye print blouses will be winging its way to the USA soon!

Claire Acton

Claire explored fabrics, prints and techniques to form a high fashion but affordable range. Claire drew inspiration from 60s fashion, an era synonymous with glamour and bold shapes, injecting fun colours into statement t-shirts, shorts and skirts.

Claire’s designs really caught the eye of the George team during her two-week placement and she has since joined George as a G21 Talent Assistant Designer to design accessories. Take a look at her collection here.

Chloe Jones

Chloe, who studied Fashion Design at Bath Spa University, scooped the George Gold Award at last year’s Graduate Fashion Week. Chloe won £20,000 to kick-start her fashion career as well as the opportunity to turn her award winning designs into a collection for George.

The George team were so impressed with Chloe that she was also asked to be a part of the G21 Talent team! Chloe’s designs for her second range are a departure from her first collection, with a fresher and lighter focus in terms of both shape and colour.

Chloe Jones

Chloe has worked with the in-house design team at George to create oversized pieces in classic shapes, suitable for a variety of ages and sizes. Chloe incorporated bold patterns and design twists to keep the range original, with a hint of the extraordinary. Take a look at her collection here.

Look out for more G21 Talent ranges launching over the next few months!
