Our next Pet Event starts on 6th February with fantastic deals on pet food, treats and toys in store and online.

This time we’ve also teamed up with PDSA, the UK’s leading veterinary charity, to offer advice to pet owners. The charity’s fundraisers will also be in selected stores from 3rd to 5th February raising vital funds for poorly pets.

PDSA treats more than 350,000 sick and injured pets in the UK each year and has 49 pet hospitals nationwide.

Vets and nurses from the charity will be visiting selected Asda stores this Saturday (4th February) to offer advice and answer questions. Find out where they’ll be

They’ve also put together these videos to help Asda customers care for their pets – including this one about which toys will keep your cat active.

PDSA relies entirely on public donations and needs more than £50 million a year to continue to run their services. They will be collecting in store between 3rd and 5th February so look out for their “Pounds for Pets” buckets.

You can find out more about the charity – and about caring for your pets – on PDSA’s website.

PDSA vets and nurses will only be able to provide pet health advice on the day. If a pet requires emergency treatment owners should contact their own vet for advice.
