Our rib shack Butchers Selection ribs are finger-lickin' good

These finger-lickin’ ribs are the best we’ve ever cooked up! They were inspired by a trip to the US when some of our meat team visited Dallas, Memphis and Kansas City to see first-hand the trend for ribshack-style BBQ food.

Bourbon ribs inspired by Memphis trip

Our Butcher’s Selection Bourbon Pork Ribs are hand-trimmed and authentically smoked over cherrywood chips, then marinated for 24 hours in a sweet seasoning and slow-cooked ‘til they’re fall-apart tender. They are then finished with a warming bourbon sauce.

Enjoy them at home or outdoors this summer – cook them in the oven until they’re done or finish them off on the BBQ. As they say in those parts of the US, “They’re mighty fine!”
