Terms and conditions for the Mamas & Papas rocker competition

These are the rules which apply to your participation in our Mamas & Papas rocker Competition on the Asda Baby and Toddler Club (“the Competition”).

By submitting your entry and by entering the Competition you agree to these rules. If you do not agree please do not submit this information to Asda.

ASDA BABY AND TODDLER CLUB MAMAS & PAPAS ROCKER COMPETITION

The promoter of the Competition is Asda Stores Limited (“Asda”) and the Competition is organised by IMP Media Limited on behalf of Asda. The prize for one winner is a Mamas & Papas Charlie Caterpillar rocker.

The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding Asda employees, their families, agents or any person or company associated with this Competition.

To make a valid entry you must enter your details on the Your Asda site.

All entries must be received by midday on Monday 6th February 2012. Asda will not be responsible for the non-receipt of any entry.

Asda will convene an independent judging panel (“the Judges”) to select the winner whose reason for wanting to win is in their opinion most deserving of the prize.

Asda reserves the right to use the Entrant’s name to market the Competition or showcase the work of Asda or the competition organisers IMP Media Limited.

Asda reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion.

The decision of the Judges is final. Neither correspondence nor discussion concerning any decision shall be entered into.

One winner will receive a Mamas & Papas Charlie Caterpillar rocker.

Asda reserves the right to disqualify any entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any of these terms and conditions.

No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.

There will be one winner, who will be notified by email as soon as possible after the Competition has closed. If the Winners do not respond to Asda’s notification within one week they may forfeit their right to any prize and Asda may at its discretion select a replacement Winner.

Only the Winners will be contacted by Asda. The Winners’ names may be published on the Asda website or you can write to Asda Baby and Toddler Club Mamas & Papas Rocker Competition Winner, IMP Media Ltd, Priory Park, The Great North Road, Aberford, Leeds, LS25 3DF, including a self-addressed stamped envelope, for details of the Winner.

The Competition Prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Asda reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time.

Asda reserves the right to seek and issue publicity on behalf of the Entrants. By entering the Competition, the Entrants agree to participate in publicity as reasonably requested surrounding the Competition.

Our terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Both you and Asda hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Asda reserves the right to review and revise these rules from time to time without giving you prior notice. By entering the Competition subsequent to any revision of these rules, you agree to be bound by such changes.
