After having 10 weeks out due to my back injury, this will be my first competition back since. I’ve been training hard to get back to full fitness, but theres still a lot of work to be done. The field of competitors will be tough, and I’m hoping for a top 8 finish. So excited; leaving on the 5th of September!
A fairly recent video of me in training performing a voluntary routine.
The scan which I had a couple months ago on my lumber spine showed no damage which was really positive! After a lot of physio, I’m back training now which is pretty hard after having time off, but it’s going really well! Working towards the trials for Australian Youth Olympic Festival and hopefully internationals later in the year like Bulgaria and Holland! Very excited.
I recently travelled to St. Petersburg in Russia with the GBR Trampoline team, where I placed 24th in under 18s after a good competition. After a long trip, and a lot of training, it was time for a short break, so I have had a week off in order to allow my body to recover… But I’m now back at training working hard! I’m looking forward to the future and hopefully looking towards going to the Canada Cup later this year, and the Australian Youth Olympic Festival next January! Let’s hope it goes well!
