Asda Athletes

Earlier today I visited my local Asda store to raise money for the Asda Tickled Pink Breast Cancer Charity by helping with bag packing.

I have also just returned from Belgium where I was participating in the Flanders Youth Regatta, a warm up event ready for the Europeans that will be held there at the end of the summer which is the biggest event of my sailing year. I came 12th overall and was 4th Brit which was a great result but the main aim of the event was more of a learning/process focus.

Next week is the Laser Nationals in Abersoch and is the biggest British event of the summer and I am very much looking forward to it.

Great weekend J80 sailing at Plas Menai in preparation for Cowes week in August.

On Thursday I went into my Asda store for my 2nd visit and took my boat to the store to have photograph taken with Mary my Community Life Champion. I am next visiting in a months time to help Mary raise money for Nightingale House Hospice in Wrexham.
