just to let you know i had my ASDA athlete programme in cardiff last week. I met up with all the other athletes from all over the UK all playing in a wide range of sports. I found it very interesting chatting to them and learning about sports such as wind surfing and weight lifting that i never really new that much about. We also learnt about how the media can raise your sporting profile as well as meeting a famous olympian which was really interesting to hear from someone who has reached the pinnacle of his sport. It was a worthwhile experience and look forward to meeting the other athletes again.
