Well its been a while i was training hard there and having to lose some weight which i hate doing, but it has to be done. Weighed in for the under 21 but was not allowed to take part as Irish Champions where not allowed to take part. Gutted.com

Bag packing today in Bangor, great meeting people that where really interested in hearing about Women’s Boxing.

I got filmed training yesterday for BBC – think it might be on before Katie Talyor 1st fight in the Olympics on Monday 6th August!

Good Luck to Katie flying the flag for Ireland and all of us women Boxers and good luck to the rest off the boxers – go team Ireland.

Not much happening was resting for a bit after having a injury started back light training and did a good work out tonight so feeling good.

Thanks for all the help from the Asda team. I have been lucky to get Asda althele for a 2nd year with Bangor Co Down, I am going in store this week to meet with the team and plan some fund raising I hope. Well a lot has been happening I have had a international with Holland which I won was a bit stressed because it was my first senior outing so glad its over. We where going to the World Senior Championships in China in May but they are only going to send the three weighs,52kg 60kg 75kg due to lack of funds my weight is 64kg we are trying to get the money else where so if anyone wants to donate feel free. Ahh well what will be will be.
