Summer training

Just recently been back from injury for about 3 weeks now. I went on holiday to Turkey for 2 weeks and trained most days while I was there.

Most days I trained early morning at 6:30 finished at 7:30-8:00 and then went straight to the gym for core and shoulders work, I usually stayed in the gym for about 40mins.

I got back from my holiday last Sunday and now am in intense training for an aquathlon in 2 weeks time.
