competition season bis over now time for the hard training work cant wait for a good gym session :)

had a really bad season this year loosing coach didnt help bin hard to get back on track get hard training started and come out next year and i will get back to winning form :)

had to change my run up but hopfully all will go well in malta a week thursday till i go :)and some other stuff thats gone on is loosing my coach oh well in the look for a new one all will be fine :)

havin an immense summer so far hope everyone else is having a good summer aswell :)

Bad weekend :( hurt my knee in a comp at the weekend pritty gutted should be better soonish :)
