On Sunday I came 4th in the Scottish U20 Road Race championship. I was outsprinted in the last 100m and finished the 5km course in 15:41, which is not very impressive. However, I hadn’t decided whether or not to do the race and it wasn’t really that important, so I did a 6 mile run in the morning, which probably didn’t help.

Following my injury, my training is pretty much back to normal and I will be racing in the Home Countries cross country in Mansfield at the weekend.
