I just recently went into my local store on Saturday 1st September. I went in store 9-12 and had to change the time because I had a pre-season friendly against Manchester United later that day. It was very quiet in store, but I enjoyed doing the lucky lolly and meeting all the customers that donated to try and help me get further in my sport. I wuold like to thank my new store partner Angela Hamer for organsing the whole day.
Had our first two pre-season friendlies over the last weeks. We played Arsenal first and narrowly lost 4-3, it was a great game and the whole team worked hard. We then played Manchester United and won 6-3. Up until half time we where losing 3-1 but the girls kept their winning mentality and we scored 5 goals in the second half to give us the victory.
Tomorrow will be my 2nd time in time in store thanks to Nicola Smith and I am looking forward to working with my new store partner Angela Hamer.
I just got back from my second England under 17’s camp. It was held at Warwick which is an army sixth form and there are great facilities and the pitches are really nice which is always a positive! The camp was mainly about being prioritised to be selected for UEFA Phase 1 in September. It was yet again an amazing experience and all the girls played really well and bonded as a team. I gained a lot of new knowledge tactically.
The picture is of me and some of the girls in an ice bath so we are fully recovered for the next day.
On Friday 3rd August, I took part in what was my first ever coaching session. It took place at my local indoor football centre and was organised by my store partner Nicola Smith. It was a great experience and I felt like I learnt a lot.
