Building up fitness for the beginning of the GB season
Been busy with my aerobic training recently as there hasn’t been much going on in the way of tournaments.
I’ve been mainly swimming and running and doing leg sets at training, trying to get my fitness up for the first GB abroad camp to Recco in Italy on the 6th July… I’m looking forward to it soo much I’ve never been to Italy for training before.
I’ve also been doing lifeguard training at the moment, so I can hopefully start doing some Water Polo coaching too. I’m very excited the test for it is on Sunday so fingers crossed for me :D
