Resontly I went to Germany for an international competition. It was a great experience and I won with a score of 79.10. This was the third time that I had competed for the country. I am very proud of this achievement.

Hi I'm Joe and I'm a gymnast. I have been doing gymnastics since I was five years old and I am thirteen now. I am part of the City of Birmingham Gymnastics Club and I train 25.5 hours a week over six days. I am proud to be an Asda Althlete and enjoyed my workshop at the Ricoh Arena....especially meeting olympic athlete Derek Redmond he was a real inspiration....
