Summer times

Well, its been a long summer, very eventful and fulfilling in every respect. From Europeans in Holland, to three weeks in Florida before jumping back and forth to England for Christians in Sport, Sports Plus camp and Pre Season Training and I’m still not finished, I managed to sneak into an officiating position at the UK School Games hockey tournament.

After three years of constant examination and high intensity hockey tournaments, actually having a break was lovely. Florida was spent lying by the pool, reading, visiting parks and lots of shopping.

While there I couldn’t wait to go to Christians in Sport’s Sports Plus camp in Repton for my camp as a leader, trainee coaching hockey. I had a great week and we were very blessed with great weather. During that week I got my A level results and came away with an A* A B so will be heading to Loughborough in 2012. I am taking a gap year with Christians in Sport, doing their Academy programme living in Bicester near Oxford from January till June with 10-13 other sport mad teens! Good times ahead.

For now and possibly finally,

Yours in Christ and Sport
