helping out with Judo at the olympic games I really can’t wait I have been in the stadium an received my uniform and done the Volunteer training,it’s going to be great the only down side is me having to watch others do Judo when I cant because im injured,how frustrating!

Excited to attend the training of being an Olympic Volunteer this weekend…can’t wait to put on the great volunteer uniforms adidas provided and watch the GB team fight in Judo!

I am able to walk about on my right leg now,I am still rehabilitating and visiting physio weekly to increase my standard of exercise I am itching to get back onto the Judo mat!

Thanks again Asda for supporting me through my Judo it means an awful lot with you backing me up,knowing i have support from Asda is helping me get through the tough rehabilitation of my knee operation but i will be up and scoring ippons soon!

Finally got my ligament in my knee reconstructed, I had epidural injection before getting put to sleep to help deal with the pain after the op but it is sooo sore! The tablets I am taking are so strong they make me feel sick… I’ve just turned down a takeaway I feel that ill! Can’t wait to get back on the judo mat just have to do a few exercises to slowly get back! I am so glad I am getting closer to recovering woooohoooo!
