Thanks again Asda for supporting me through my Judo it means an awful lot with you backing me up,knowing i have support from Asda is helping me get through the tough rehabilitation of my knee operation but i will be up and scoring ippons soon!

Finally got my ligament in my knee reconstructed, I had epidural injection before getting put to sleep to help deal with the pain after the op but it is sooo sore! The tablets I am taking are so strong they make me feel sick… I’ve just turned down a takeaway I feel that ill! Can’t wait to get back on the judo mat just have to do a few exercises to slowly get back! I am so glad I am getting closer to recovering woooohoooo!

Argggghhhh my operation for my knee was not this week!It’s next friday i am getting really annoyed not being able to do much,cant wait til i can do judoooooooo!

Hopefully getting my op for my knee this week…they are reconstructing a ligament for me and attatching it to my knee, the ligament i injured has only been known about for a year or so and doesn’t show up on MRI’s!so glad i finally know what is wrong with my knee and i can get back on the mat soon wooohoooo!
