Heyy again :L

Firstly thank you to asda for inviting me to the workshop :)

So we went to St Mary’s Stadium in Southampton, for our workshop. And Roger Black was our ‘inpirational athlete’ which was great. His talk really put everything into perspective, on how hard you have to work and all the highs and lows you may encounter in your sporting career.

After lunch we had 2 journalists go through different points and tips on how to deliver a good interview, how to answer different questions, and how to lead the interview even if you where being interviewed….

So yeah, thank you so much I learnt so much and it was great meeting all the different athlets, part or asda athletes, and get a chance to talk and interview them!! :D
