Had a great week this week Gaylord who is in the french squad came over for week to help train us all. He is such a remarkable gymnastic and a huge inspiration to us all , cant wait to put all his coaching into practise.

Hi again sorry for so long but so busy with training and school work time has just flown . Where shall i start. The Alex was in March where we had to pull of good routines to qualify for the worlds . My individual went bad !! but never mind however the 6 six team were great and we qualified yipee !! we are off to Rodez in June. Before the worlds we had the welsh open thankfully my individual was alot better and i came 2nd good has it was the first time i had competed with a new routine. The 6 team came 1st so now we were all ready for France.All packed and ready we headed off for the worlds. It was amazing there watching all the different countries compete some are amazing . Our 6 team came 7th which we were all pretty pleased about.My next comp is the Heathrow in Sept followed by the international youths comp in Plodiv where i will be doing my individual ! looking forward to that so alot of training from now and till then. Will keep you all posted!
