Great news! I have been selected to represent England at the Czech Open later in February. I am playing in the under 15 singles, doubles and team event. Then in March I will be playing again for England in the cadet and junior six nations tournament to be held in Preston.

Just like to thank ASDA for my £300 top-up grant, this will help with training expenses
On Saturday i visited my local store in Barrow to a second bagpack.
Thanks to all the staff at Barrow and especially Jill the community life champion.
Had a good time in Guernsey from the 22nd – 24th! In the individuals I won the two games in my group 3-0 against a girl from Wales and Guernsey. I then had a girl from Ireland in the quarter final who I also beat 3-0. In the semi final I had a harder match against a girl from Scotland, I won this one 3-1. In the final I won 3-0 against a girl from Ireland, this meant I was the British Schools Under 14 Champion! I was part of England A who competed against teams from England, Ireland, Wales, Scotland, Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man. In the team event we came 4th. We managed to beat Wales, Guernsey A and B. In the team event we lost to England B 4-1, Scotland and Ireland 3-2.
Last Saturday I went to ASDA with some of my family and friends to spend the the day bag packing. We had a great day and were very busy. Thank you to Jill at ASDA Barrow for helping me to organise the event. Thank you to all the other staff in ASDA and the customers for there support on the day.
Off to Guernsey to play for England this weekend, will blog again when I get back!

Hi, I am 14, I play table-tennis. I am currently in the IYS squad (International Youth Squad) which gives me a chance to go abroad and represent England. Last year I played for England under 15's in Germany in the Six Nations. I am currently under 14 National Doubles Champion x2 and 15 National Doubles Champion. I have also represented England at the ESTTA schools in under 14's three times in Ireland, England and I am going to Guernsey. I have also been to the UK school games twice, and have been invited again this year, which is going to be held on the Olympic Park. I am hoping to go to the European Youth Championships.
