I recently returned from the England U18 summer tour to South Africa. During our time over there we played the Welsh, French and South Africans. We started the tour narrowly beating the Welsh U18s 28-25. Unfortunately we then lost our next two games to France and South Africa, losing 20-13 to France and 36-29 to South Africa.
However, despite the losses the tour was an incredible experience. The picture attached is of one of the training pitches in the mountains around Cape Town.
This video below is of all the tries scored against the Welsh and South Africans whilst we were away.

First bit of proper rugby training back this week, spent three days camping at Bath. Lots of fitness and skills to test where we were at and see how hard we’d been working in the off season. It was good for me to be able to measure my fitness against the other guys so close to going off to South Africa with England!

We did it! Winning the European Championships by beating Ireland in the final. Had tough games against Georgia and Wales along the way to qualify for the final. Great result and amazing feeling to win!
Most of my training is done at school, but when I’m home for weekends or during school holidays this is where I get my training done. Training really hard at the moment in preparation for up and coming tour to South Africa with England U18. Really looking forward to it, going to be playing France, Wales and South Africa whilst we’re out there. Hopefully we can maintain our unbeaten status and go the whole season without a loss!
Today I’m heading off to the National Sevens competition at Rosslyn Park. Unfortunately I can’t play both days of the tournament as I fly off to Spain on the second day.
In Spain I’m going to be competing with England in the FIRA tournament. I’ll be playing 3 games out there and hopefully we can continue undefeated and win all three!
I’ll make sure I post some photos of the two tournaments when I get back!
