Well where do I start…

I have been an Asda Athlete for I think 4 years now, and appreciated all the support that they have given me throughout those years! I’ve had the chance to meet many nice people in store and other Asda Athletes. It will be something that I will always remember.

I’m sure that now it has come to an end as this year I have not performed through a very annoying long term injury.

So I just want to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Asda and SportsAid for this amazing opportunity. I hope that it can carry on one day!

Thank you and see you soon!

If anyone wants to keep up to date with my progress give me a follow on twitter!

Well what can I say this season has been very poor! a long term injury that has developed over a few years has really but a downer on my season as I have not been able to compete! Training has been very up and down and of a fairly low intensity compared to normal. So unfortunately I have not been able to put a performance out there.

The injury is in my spine I have a compressed nerve root in my L5 so therefore get a lot of nerve pain through my back and behind my leg. I have had treatment for this not to long ago and has seemed to calm the symptoms down and have been able to start some more intense training the past few weeks, so hopefully all is looking well for the next season!

See you soon!

This blog was to show you a picture of me receiving my cheque but it doesn’t seem to want to upload from here, so I’ll leave you wanting more….

It will be uploaded soon I promise!

These are like the worst winter sessions ever, who enjoys running up hills no one! .

But i’m glad to say after running up them for 8 weeks now 16 times we have finally finished :D now we are heading for the track on Thursday’s hopefully it will be a bit more enjoyable than running up a hill in the cold!

Stay tuned! x
