Hi everyone!
last week was in Belgium for 10 days doing some training and then played an ITF. For the first 3 days i trained at Justine Henins tennis academy, it was great preparation for the tournament and met some really nice kids and coaches, i will definitely go back there for training blocks in the future!
Then on the saturday i had my 1st round qualifying, i knew this would be a tough tourney because i was up against older stronger girls. i managed to win 3 rounds of qualifying and after that i was on a roll…… i won 7 matches before just falling short in the semi-finals to Belinda Bencic in a gruelling 3 and a half hour match!! i had a great week and played some of the best tennis I’ve ever played :)

Hi everyone!
last weekend I headed to Dublin to play for Scotland at the Home Nations event.
The event is two players get chosen from each age group, u12, u14,u18 and senior. As a 14 year old i managed to get chosen for the u18 age group, i kne this would be a challenge as i would be up against older girls but i was very up for the challenge!!
I managed to win all my singles win two three set wins, I was very happy with my performances considering the conditions we had to play in.
overall we had a great weekend with Scotland winning every single age group and won overall comfortably!
Hi everyone. This is my 1st blog and i would like to thanks everyone at Asda Toryglen for this great opprertunity.
I have had a very busy summer, starting in Edinburgh where i won the u18 scottish open at age 13. i was delighted with this win.
In belgium i picked up my 1st grade tennis europe titlie… diffently my biggest win of my career so far!!
Just a week later i became u14 britsh junior national champion! i had some very tough matches and was tired as this was my 6th tournment in a row, but i pulled through with some big performances. I was absolutley delighted with the 2 weeks i had.
To top it all off the day after i went staight to Portugal with all my family for a well deserved hoilday :)
