Thank you to everyone at ASDA for their support.

Illness at the end of the year with an emergency appendectomy followed by other problems has meant that I am only just back in the swing of things again. Swimming and jogging but determined to get back on form again.

Survived a week of camp at Loughborough University and got through the final selection to continue training with the U19 national training squad. Hard work continues!

The best non-netball part of the tour was visiting the Mama Amelia orphanage (not named after me!) in one of the townships where we spent the time playing and helping with the children. An unbelievable experience and I think I left a little bit of my heart there.

Amazing tour of South Africa with school. From the netball point of view, we won all eight of our matches against schools and colleges in and around Cape Town and Johannesburg.

Got through selection process for Bath NTL 2012-13 season – look forward to some good matches but lots of training before then!
