The last two weekends I have been to Aldershot running club to do some killer sessions. I went down with my coach Rob Griffiths and we were coached by GB coach Mick Woods. The warm up is normally 2.5 miles ran at 6:40, then we did a 5 minute tempo run, 5×200m, 500m,300m x4 then another 5 minute tempo run and another 5×200, with another 2.5 mile cool down. I really enjoy these weekends and hope to go down again :)
Over the last couple of weeks i’ve been out of running training due to having a bad knee. This has been really frustrating, been to the physio and going back again tomorrow. However i have been doing lots of swimming and biking, swimming is going well. Went with East Midlands triathlon academy to Bosworth lake to go swimming, Love open water swimming!!!!
