i coach a squad of 4 wheelchair racers and a wheelchair basketball team so anybody can come try either sport.

i would like to get as many people involved in sport as possible for fun and general fitness so they can lead a better life or if they would like to take it to a serious level then still please contact me :)

as you can see im 0.01 of a second off of 1st place in the all time fastest list over 100m but it is to paralympic champion david weir so its acceptable for now
