7 days till my first competition and its in Dubai so cant be all bad.
its all business out there though so 3 races and gonna try and smash the opposition

Hi everybody i have just got back from my competition in dubai and things went really well.

I hit PBs in all three of my eventsand won my heats and got two bronze medals in the 100m and 200m.

My UK ranking is 1st over 100m and 200m but as its early in season this could change quick so im making the most of it.

My next comp is on the 14th April in Kingston where some great racers will be.

trainings going well and my stress fractures healing nicely and im still pushing great times.
