After becoming National champion I have had a phone call from the English Schools Table-Tennis Association inviting me to play for England in the senior schools international to be held in Guernsey in June.
The England team will play against teams from Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man.
Very excited, setting off to London tomorrow to play in the School Games for the North West Table-Tennis squad. Huge multi-sport event, table-tennis being played in Excel.
Then we get chance to go to watch the Athletics in the Olympic stadium and the swimming and cycling.

Hi, I am 14, I play table-tennis. I am currently in the IYS squad (International Youth Squad) which gives me a chance to go abroad and represent England. Last year I played for England under 15's in Germany in the Six Nations. I am currently under 14 National Doubles Champion x2 and 15 National Doubles Champion. I have also represented England at the ESTTA schools in under 14's three times in Ireland, England and I am going to Guernsey. I have also been to the UK school games twice, and have been invited again this year, which is going to be held on the Olympic Park. I am hoping to go to the European Youth Championships.
