Bruises all up and down my legs hopefully it helps though.

Well less than a week to go and training isn’t going well at all.
Hate being injured !!

Got to hold an Olympic torch at the weekend a real honor and inspirational to me.

This was an amazing competition and with really good lifting in it.
With people trying to make 2012 totals the atmosphere was awesome.
I lifted 53kg in the snatch just missing the 55kg and in the clean & jerk did 65kg and just not passing the 68kg it was a good PB total of 118kg . Getting 1st place was amazing i just couldn’t believe it especially being injured .
But now that this competition is over there’s no time to rest as am away to Austria next week for the Fulda Cup then Germany for the women’s Grand Prix …. its so exciting.
