Heya everyone!

Sorry its been sooooo long! I’ve been so busy and these past 2 weeks have been tough.

During the past 2 weeks, I left school!! After being at Cedars for 12 years! I was a emotional week for me and all my friends and family! Again a BIG thank you to everyone for being amazing! And also for all the lovely gifts. We also had a school awards and leaving assembly. I won Cyril Jefferson Award; Achievement in Senior Sport at school for a 2nd year in a row! I was quite happy! And also I achieved my Sports Leader Level 1 award!! We had a little party afterwards!

At the moment its the summer holidays! Its the 2nd week and so far its been okay! I have missed a few training sessions due to very bad tiredness and small hamstring injury! But am back on my feet and back into training! I have 3 more competitions left! Which are;

- North East League – FINAL ROUND!!
- Tartan Games
- UK School Games

I am just doing long jump in all of them to get practice and a few jumps in before UKSG! This summer season has gone so fast! I will be doing a blog about the summer season in September!

On Friday, I am doing my 1st tombola at ASDA with my sister and her boyfriend. We all ready and set for Friday. I am really looking forward to it and shall be great fun!

And next week, I am back to my school for two weeks to be a young volunteer for their 2nd activity week this year! I am looking forward to seeing everyone again!

Hey guys!

Sorry its been so long! Its been a busy month!

On August 5th, I had my 1st ASDA Tombola and it was great! All my family came to support and it was a successful day! Raised £200! And ASDA Athlete – Matthew Wylie came and tried my tombola! Thank you everyone who helped and donated all the tombola stuff!

From August 8th – 19th. I went back to Cedars to help out their summer Activity week, it was a great two weeks, was great to see the p.e department and the kids!

Training has been tough because I haven’t been feeling 100%, and am not feeling 100% at the moment, I’ve been ill since Sunday with sickness :/ but am recovering and hopefully back training this week before Tartan Games on Saturday. Tartan Games will be my last competition as a U17 :O the summer season has gone so quick! But its been great and my times and distances has improved so well! UK School Games next week will be my last competition of the summer season before a three week break to get used to Gateshead College which I start a day after UKSG.

Recently I was in the Evening Chronicle about my athletics and my transport to college being cut down.

On Thursday, I get my GCSE Results :O I have been waiting for so long! I am hoping for good results! :D I will let you know how I get on!

Blog soon :) x
