So I really enjoyed the Junior Trip to Luxembourg, a real eye opener for next Season and I know what I’ve got to train towards now.

The Rankings have been published for November and I’m pretty happy with my positions in all 3 GB Tables :

  • GB Cadet U-17 Womans Foil – 4th Scotland – 1st
  • GB Junior U-20 Womans Foil – 3rd Scotland – 2nd
  • GB Senior Womans Foil – 19th Scotland – 6th

Should be informed about Junior Commonwealth selection real soon, so I’ll let you know as soon as I do.

Next weekend going down to Cardiff with my Gran & Papa, they’ve been helping out a lot with the traveling this Season (Thanks). I’ll be fencing in the Welsh Open Womans Foil – lots of points up for grabs – so fingers crossed and hopefully a good days fencing.

I’m off to the Gym and I’ll keep you posted about the Team Selection ; )

Had a great time with my Gran & Papa down in Cardiff for the 2011 Welsh Open. Fenced really well and won my Poule. At the end of the day I was the highest placed Cadet U-17 in the Competition. The 10th Place I achieved will give me more points on my Senior Ranking, looking forward to seeing my position at the end of the Month!

Will let you know what I move up to in a fortnight.

Last Sunday I was fencing in the Womans Foil at the M8 Open in Bathgate. Like all the Opens its an Adult Competition. Had a great days fencing, won both Poules, the second one without dropping a hit so +25. Made it all the way through to the Final which I unfortunately lost by a couple of hits, but another nice Silver medal to add too my growing collection lol.

Competitions coming up in the next few weeks are the Hereford & Worcester Open and the GB Senior Championships, so I’ll be in touch real soon : )
