Another big thanks to my grandparents for taking me down South. This was my first time attending the Nottingham (Adult) Open, and I really enjoyed the well run comp. On Saturday I fenced in the Womans Foil and made it into the Final which was the only fight I lost all day (15-12), so a 2nd Place Silver for me and a big congrats to Chiara McDermott a fellow Asda Athlete for her win.

On the Sunday I competed in the Womans Epee, this was a close run and quite hard Comp! My Final fights were all really close: Quarter Final I won 15-13, Semi Final I just won 15-14 and in the Final I won 1st Place Gold 15-13, but a nail-biting day!

Looking forward to the Media class at Ibrox Football Stadium this week, and collecting the first of my funding so I can get some shiny new swords lol.
