Training was great. I got at Old Trafford Cricket Ground and warmed up and stretched of for 10 minutes each session. I did a bowling session for one hour, just running in a straight line bowling through some cones; as i got warmer my bowling got alot better.
Then i bowled against a left handed batter! i struggle abit to bowl against a left handed batter. But the more i bowl but better the line of the ball is and the more chance i have of getting the batsman out!
I also did a fielding session. I had to dive on mats side to side and i have to do 5 squats each dive. I also had to do some static catches, just standing there and getting a ball hit to me; this is not very hard, its fun but it does hurt my hands. As well as that, i did a diving activity; this is when a ball is been fed through a machine and you have to dive to right in the right technique on to a mat, trying to stop the ball.
