After the matches again Portugal, we then travelled down to Poole for a sort of rest and recovery week but included a lot of media attention and coaching in schools (both primary and secondary). Due to our funding cuts, this media attention was what we needed to let people know our situation going into the Olympics next year. We all had the most amazing time in Poole down to the relaxing and fun time that was provided for us by people who are willing to help us, this included going kayaking, BBQ from animal who sponsor us and also going to a spa for the day called Chewton Glen which is rumour that David Beckham has been there.
