Like most other Asda athletes, i attended the Sports aid workshop. To be honest, it was amazing in a word, soooo much better than i thought it would be… in a good way of course!!

We had Katharine Merry attending our workshop who was the 2000 Sydney olympics 400m bronze medalist. (type it in on Google… although, her hairs a bit different then lol =P) She was awesome, she had so much to say but she really drew me in. Her talk was really really inspirational!!

We also had two people who came to talk to us about media. That involved practising interviews and getting your point across and other areas in the media.Trust me it, it was a lot more fun than it sounds. It was pretty good actually to be fair =]

Overall it was a really good and very helpful day so thanks to everyone who was there, it was a major help!! So anyone who’s got a questions, fire away… i’ve come prepared =P
