I have recently had my neck looked and it turns out that the 5th and 6th vertebrae had locked together, this was causing major stain on my right shoulder and restricting movement. This was very problematic because i was unable to shoot comfortably and perform to the best of my ability.

I was lucky enough that a member of my club was a fully qualified chiropractor and was able to tell me what was wrong and sort it out at the same time. :DD I was instructed to allow my shoulder to rest for the next few days, so the injury did not come back.

Now I have rested my shoulder and neck for the last week, my shooting will soon be back on track, and i will be training as usual.
I am most grateful for the chiropractor’s help, it feels good to be able to shoot comfortably again. x
