On Saturday I had Southern area training run by Simone Callender. There was not many people there but it was good session with people there of all ages and abilities. I enjoyed it alot and I am looking forward to the next one. I got to train with people of a similar weight which was very beneficial. :)

On the 8th may I went to the intercounty championships in Portsmouth. I really enjoyed the competition and the Kent girls came second! We only lost to Sussex by one fight. I was really happy because both of my sisters were in the team with me for the first time ever. Willow, aged 8 was in the U28 kg and Freya, aged 12 who is also on the England squad with me was fighting in the U36kg. I was so proud of them and the whole team.

Yesterday I refereed my first ever Judo competition. I got my refereeing level 2 earlier this year and I really enjoyed refereeing. I refereed the a red and yellow belt rumble, I hope to referee another competition soon :)
