This year, some of our Extra Special Christmas party range has been specially selected by Leith’s School of Food and Wine. They loved our gorgeous Extra Special pies, especially the Cranberry Topped Mini Pork Pies which contain outdoor-bred pork in golden pastry, layered with cranberry and special reserve port chutney and also our Mini Steak & Ale Pies which are butter enriched short-crust pastry filled with tender pieces of steak in a rich Dorset ale gravy, topped with puff pastry. They also thought our Extra Special Olive Selection was great for pre-dinner nibbles! These contain a mix of olives sourced from the finest regions in both Italy and Greece.

The rest of our Extra Special range, came from an inspiration trip to Thailand and Vietnam. We sourced some of the most authentic recipes from the Middle east and brought them back to ASDA for you. We have got a mix of prawn, duck and chicken in our range so there’s something for everyone! Our Prawn Selection includes authentic wontons made with the very best Vietnamese black tiger king prawns, we also offer a twin pack of Pan Asian Style Chicken Skewers, charcoal-grilled over hot coals for an authentic satay flavour and a Duck Selection pack including authentic flavours like hoisin, red thai, rendang and massaman.
