This event has now taken place Asda Active’s summer of family fun day arrived at Gloucester Park in fine sunshine and despite a few showers there was a great turnout. Plenty of sports on offer and even the Asda Super Foods For Healthy Kids van had a good stream of customers offering free chicken kebabs and banana smoothies.
Asda Active fitted in perfectly with all the other activities which included It’s A Knockout and athletics as well as the Games4Life tent and it was a free. Watch the video below…

Martial Arts – MSD Evolution Martial Arts Academy offer classes everyday in a friendly atmosphere which is ideal for beginners. It’s a great way to get fit and they offer a free 2 week trail period where anyone (including ladies) can come along and try it out. Free gloves when you join up.
