We hope you are always happy with your Asda purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied we are happy to… Exchange or Refund as per the policy below.
If you’re not completely satisfied with any Asda Brand food, Asda Brand non-edible grocery, or Asda Brand health & beauty product we will refund and replace the item for you. For all electrical items and accessories you have 28 days to change your mind. Products must be returned in their original condition**; proof of purchase is required.
For all Music, Video and Games you have 28 days to change your mind. Products must be returned in their original condition** and supported by proof of purchase. We will offer a one-time-only exchange of title.
George Clothing offers a 100-Day Quality Guarantee: you can return your purchased items within 100 days of purchase (exclusions apply) for any reason whatsoever, including if you have changed your mind. Exclusions include accessories (not made from cloth), footwear and jewellery. You have 28 days to change your mind on these products.*
If any item purchased is either faulty, not fit for purpose or incorrectly described, please return it to us within our one-year guarantee period*** and we will be happy to either Exchange or Refund your item; proof of purchase may be required.* (Receipt always required, as detailed above, for electrical items, electrical accessories and music, video and games.)
Exclusions from our change your mind policy include tobacco, pierced body jewellery, mattresses, bedding (including George), personal grooming products, personalised items(including prescription spectacles/lenses), and medicines unless faulty or incorrectly described. Over-the-counter pharmacy items can only be returned to pharmacy counters under the supervision of a pharmacist.
Asda Supermarkets can only accept returns for items purchased in Asda Supermarkets.
Asda Petrol Filling Stations can only accept the return of items stocked by Asda Petrol Filling Stations. Items purchased at larger Asda Superstores or Asda Living stores should be returned to the store where originally purchased or to any other Asda Superstore or Asda Living.
